Pleasant View Golf Course Donation Policy
Thank you for your inquiry. Pleasant View Golf Course receives numerous requests each year for charitable contributions, including rounds of golf, merchandise, and gift certificates. While we value the importance of each cause, we must follow a set of guidelines to ensure all requests are reviewed fairly and our annual donation budget is maintained.
Donation Guidelines
Pleasant View Golf Course offers one foursome certificate for 18 holes of golf with carts (valid Monday–Friday and after 12:00pm on weekends) in exchange for a $75 contribution. This certificate has an approximate value of $335 in 2025.
Your $75 contribution directly supports charitable efforts through the WPGA Junior Foundation and/or PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere).
To request a donation, please complete the following steps:
- Submit payment to Pleasant View Golf Course in the amount of $75 by clicking the following link: Donation Request Payment
- Email the following information to Jeremy Cabalka at jcabalka@golfpleasantview.com:
- Proof of nonprofit status, such as a 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), 501(c)(6), or similar IRS-recognized designation. Requests must be for events with a clear charitable, educational, civic, or community-focused purpose.
- Event details (brochure, flyer, or document that includes date, purpose, and location)
- Confirmation that payment has been submitted
- A contact name, phone number, email, and mailing address for certificate delivery
Important Notes
- Donation certificates must be used as a raffle prize, silent auction item, or awarded to a participant at your event.
- All requests are subject to management approval and are reviewed in the order they are received.
- Please allow at least two weeks for processing and mailing.
- Golf outings hosted at Pleasant View Golf Course may be eligible for up to four donated rounds of golf at no charge.
